At Torchlight Games and Hobbies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the original tags back on the garments and secure them in their original packaging to ensure the items remain in pristine condition.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned apparel, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
